- I am an in-network provider accepting new patients for BCBS/Anthem, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plans (not all plans cover acupuncture, so please check with your plan provider before booking).
- I have opted out of Cigna and no longer accept insurance for Cigna.
- I cannot process claims for Medicare, Medicaid, or United Healthcare Dual Complete plans and, therefore, do not accept these plans.

What is Windsong Holistic Health all About?
Traditional medicine tends to focus mainly on symptoms of the disease and generally works in specified areas of the body. At Windsong Holistic Health, we take a whole-body approach and strive to understand where the body is experiencing weakness, inflammation, or stress. Once we can understand where the body is having difficulties, we can determine what support is needed or what needs to be eliminated or cleared in order to restore health.
What does a holistic approach mean?
Mainstream medicine tends to compartmentalize health by focusing on specialties and body systems. It is the rare physician that will look at all the issues a patient reports to try and determine what they can do to best address the body as a whole. One of my favorite authors, Dr. Mark Hyman says:

Through an extensive interview process and with the use of traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis, we will determine the best treatment plan for you! This might include acupuncture, Chinese herbs, western herbs, homeopathic remedies, NAET allergy treatments, supplements as well as dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Patients start with a 30-day protocol and receive a proposed treatment plan going forward.
